I've always considered myself to be a marsupial mom - you know, a baby is always attached to me in some way, shape or form. I've had to try out every type of sling, wrap, or baby carrier invented by man and moms. This picture also brought to mind a picture of Jesus carrying me in a sling. It's cool visual isn't it? Some days I think His back will break with as much as I count on Him to carry me through a day. But, like a patient parent, he doesn't care. He loves to do it- that's what He's here for. To teach us, comfort us and love us in our humanity. It is so reassuring to know we can always count on Him - He really is an attached parent.

Attachment Parenting at it's Finest
